Privacy policy

ClientBridge helps practitioners give you structured tasks between sessions. This page explains what we collect, who can see it, and how to delete your account. How this lines up with the GDPR, the Australian Privacy Principles, and New Zealand’s Privacy Act is on the privacy standards page.
Who is responsible
Your practitioner decides what tasks and guidance to assign. They are responsible for the clinical content they enter and for obtaining any consent their practice requires.
ClientBridge provides the app and infrastructure so reminders, responses, and session review can work.
Information we collect
- Name, email, and sign-in credentials (handled by Firebase Authentication).
- Activation codes and links to the practitioner who invited you.
- Tasks assigned to you, including titles, guidance, deadlines, and reminder times.
- Your responses: check off, skip, or a short written note.
- Device tokens so we can send reminder notifications.
- A local cache on your device so you can view and respond offline.
What we do not collect
- We do not ask for payment details in the client app.
- We do not use social features, ads, or location tracking.
- We do not use AI to analyse your responses or generate treatment advice.
Retention and deletion
You can delete your account from Settings in the app. Deletion removes your sign-in, name, email, device tokens, and written responses. Your practitioner may still keep the tasks they assigned if they need those records for their practice.
Not for emergencies
ClientBridge is a between-session workflow tool. It is not an emergency service, not a substitute for clinical judgement, and not a medical device. If you need urgent help, contact your practitioner or emergency services as you normally would.
