Terms of service

ClientBridge lets practitioners assign between-session tasks and reminders. Clients can check off, skip, or write a short response. It does not diagnose, treat, or give medical advice.

• Clients must use the activation code from their practitioner.
• Keep your password confidential.
• You can delete your account at any time from Settings in the app.

ClientBridge is not an emergency service and not a medical device. If you need urgent help, contact your practitioner or emergency services.
