Most progress happens between sessions. That is where ClientBridge works.
Sessions set direction. Daily adherence, reminders, and reflection carry it forward. Without structure, handouts fade, habits stall, and appointments turn into recaps instead of progress.
ClientBridge gives practitioners a private place to review that work — and gives clients a simple way to stay engaged until the next visit.
One workflow. Three layers. Yours.
Privacy, progression review, and client simplicity — designed together so nothing competes with the therapeutic relationship.

Your clients' data stays yours — including in the database.
ClientBridge is built around practitioner ownership and minimal data exposure. Task titles, guidance, templates, and client response text are encrypted in Firestore (AES-256-GCM); encryption keys live outside the database, so raw cloud storage access does not expose readable clinical strings. Sensitive progress stays in a closed environment — not scattered across consumer apps, email threads, or generic messaging tools.
The value starts week one.
You do not need a complex rollout to make between-session care useful. Configure reminders, invite clients, and review progression from the first week.
Session prep
Surface unaddressed tasks and consistency signals before the next appointment.
Structured reminders
Turn guidance into scheduled habits clients can follow between visits.
Daily confidence check-ins
Clients log how confident they feel about habit change; you see the trend before each session.
Habit ladders
Track momentum over time with dashboards that make patterns easy to read.
Encrypted task content
Assignments and client responses are stored as ciphertext in the database; only authorized apps decrypt them for you and your client.
Reward calibration
Motivate adherence with encouraging tiers — supportive, not punitive.
Template workflows
Reuse care plans across clients without rebuilding from scratch each time.
Built for the scrutiny practitioners deserve.
Data privacy is not a footer bullet — it is the foundation of how ClientBridge is shaped.
Practitioner-owned
You configure the tool, invite clients, and govern access. ClientBridge is infrastructure for your practice — not a consumer social app.
Minimal by design
We collect what the workflow needs and avoid turning client care into a data product.
Encrypted in the database
Application-level encryption for task strings complements TLS in transit. Authorized practitioner and client apps decrypt content; this is not a certification claim.
Built for scrutiny
Beta product. SOC 2 and ISO 27001 have been kept in mind during development — not a certification claim.
Human care first
The platform supports judgement and relationship. It does not replace clinical decision-making.
